2.3 Training Programs

For training programs and workshops, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Late Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled between 7-14 days before the program start date.
  • Very Late Cancellation: No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the program start date.
  • Transfer Option: Instead of a refund, you may transfer your registration to another person or defer to a future program date (subject to availability) at no additional cost.

2.4 Digital Content

For digital content, including downloadable research papers, reports, and e-learning materials:

  • Before Access/Download: Full refund available before you access or download the digital content.
  • After Access/Download: Digital content is non-refundable once you have accessed, downloaded, or received the content.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent proper access to digital content, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
